The Fine Food Network is a portal, commonly referred to as B2B or business to business, and is therefore not set up to function as a retail outlet. Public access to the non-secure part of the site is free. The consumer can therefore surf this part of the site without difficulty or obligation, but cannot proceed to make a purchase online.
