Benja Olive Oil Ltd. is the direct successor of a famous and prestigious Cordovan family of olive growers and Virgin Olive Oil Master-Producers. This tradition started in 1905 with our forefather Mr Antonio Baena Delgado when he founded Ntra. Sra. Del Carmen (1905-1966), a world reknowned olive oil company, ran by four generations up to the present. |

Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra obtenido con aceituna de nuestra propia cosecha, recolectada en su momento óptimo de madurez y especialmente seleccionada al principio de la campaña entre las distintas variedades Arbequina, Hojiblanca, Picual y Selección.
The Virgin Olive Oil is produced with olives from our own harvest, which are picked up during their very best ripeness and especially selected at the beginning of the campaign among the diferent varieties: Arbequina, Hojiblanca, Picual and Selection.

Mediante sistema contínuo integral ecológico obtenemos de forma natural el Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra, con un riguroso control de tiempo y la temperatura en frío.
Las características organo-lépticas "olor y sabor", son absolutamente irreprochables y su acidez expresada en ácido oléico son inferiores a 0,4º max.
We obtain the extra virgin olive oil in a natural way through an environmentally-friendly integral continuous system with a harsh time control and a cold temperature.
Its organoleptic characteristics (smell and flavour) are absolutely unreproachable and its acidity, expressed in oil acid, is lower than 0.5°.

Variedad ARBEQUINO: Procedente de aceitunas arbequina 100% recolectada en verde, con sabor frutado muy suave y ligeramente dulce y almendrado. Con acidez menor o igual a 0,3º.
BENJA ARBEQUINO: The arbequina is a greenish-coloured olive with an intense sweet fruity almond flavour. The acid content of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained from this olive is lower than 0.3%. Ideal for salads, vegetables and white fish.

Variedad PICUAL: Procedente de aceituna picual o marteña, seleccionada del árbol. Es un aceite de oliva bravo, intenso y con mucho cuerpo, exquisitamente amargo. Con acidez menor o igual a 0,3º.
BENJA PICUAL: The Picual olive oil comes from the picual and marteña olives, selected by our tasters and master olive oil producers. The acid content of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained from this olive is lower than 0.4%.

Variedad HOJIBLANCA: Procedente de aceituna hojiblanca 100% recolectada a principio de campaña, con sabor frutado intenso y persistente, posee un aroma inconfundible a aceituna fresca. Con acidez menor o igual a 0,3º.
BENJA HOJIBLANCO: The hojiblanca is a greenish-coloured olive with an intense fruity flavour and a light bitter and spicy taste. The acid content of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained from this olive is lower than 0.4%. Ideal for sousing, fishes and gazpacho (cold soup).

Variedad SELECCIÓN: Aceite de oliva Virgen Extra multivarietal con acidez menor o igual a 0,3º, procedente del "coupage" realizado por nuestros expertos catadores con los mejores aceites de oliva Virgen Extra de nuestra bodega, y especialmente seleccionado.
BENJA SELECTION: Extra Virgin Olive Oil which’s acid content is lower than 0.4%, coming from a selection of our best Arbequino, Hojiblanco and Picual Olive Oils, stricly selected by our tasters and master olive oil producers.
