The Pons family has been growing and harvesting olive trees since 1945, following a tradition that half a century later allows us to enjoy their magnificent Olive Oil, refered to as "green gold".
PONS Extra Virgin Olive Oil has been elaborated using exclusively selected Arbequina Olives grown with devotion and harvested with care on the family's estate. Family tradition, soil and climate combine to provide, regardless of time, excellent characteristics for this very special Olive Oil. Among this Olive Oil outstanding characteristics are its low acidity, its intense green color, its aroma and fruity flavor. It is a fruity, delicate and fresh oil with almond reminiscences.
